Our beautiful, newly renovated lake front home on Lake Hartwell offers a private dock on big water, lake views, and a short walk to the private dock. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, our lake house is set up to sleep up to 14 people. We provide kayaks for exploring the lake and exclusive rental of a 22' Bennington Tritoon stored at the boat dock for an additional daily fee of $400. (Book at adventurerentalsboat com). It is located in Ridgeway, SC and 20 minutes from Camden and Lugoff. Colonel Creek Landing is 4 miles away and the perfect location to launch your boat. You can dock your boat in 12 feet of water at our dock. Perfect location for fishing, kayaking and swimming. Two living spaces with smart tv's. Now you can enjoy the fire pit and outdoor shower.

This two story home is located at the end of a very quiet cove with plenty of water. The beach has a fresh 6 inches of sand installed for the lake season. The walk to the lake is very short on an almost flat surface. The home will accommodate a family up to six people. The house has two floors. The main floor has a large living room with plenty of comfortable seating and satellite TV service provided. The entire main floor has hard woods along with the Master Bed Room and bed room #2.
