ENTIRE HOUSE: Safe neighborhood in South Bend, 2.7 miles north of Notre Dame. Near the University Park Mall, Wallmart, grocery stores and restaurants. The living and dinning are open concept. There is an outdoor patio area. RV parking. Newer hard floors- no carpet. Stainless steel fridge, micro and oven. Mattresses protective covers. The king mattress is the firmest, the queen is memory foam and twin beds as well. (Accommodate 6- if you pre request and provide guest details). No cleaning fee!

Cozy quiet home with options in all directions. Drive just 8 miles to any of the many Notre Dame events. Drive 30 minutes to the beach on Lake Michigan or one of many wine country tours. Stay in the neighborhood and play public golf or try one of the 10 new pickleball courts both just 2 blocks away. Hop on the river walk just one block away.
