Hyvin varusteltu ja viihtyisä omakotitalo rauhallisella alueella.(~2km keskustaan) Nykyaikainen keittiö, lastenhuone leluineen sekä 90x200 sängyllä, alakerran puulämmitteinen sauna lisäävät viihtyvyyttä kohteessa. Kaksi parisänkyä, (toisesta voidaan erottaa kaksi erillistä 80x200 sänkyä) Yksi varavuode alakerran pukuhuoneessa. Suojaisa iso piha. Kivat ulkoilu/lenkkeily maastot lähistöllä. Hiihtolatu lähtee saman kadun varrelta. 30 minuutin ajomatka Vuokatin rinteille/Katinkultaan/Sotkamoon.

Bright, spacious, and well-equipped 2-bedroom apartment with direct views to the Vuokatti fell. Ski tracks, slopes, the nearest grocery store, and restaurant are just a few hundred meters away. Quiet bedrooms with blackout curtains. Excellent storage space. Easy access even without a car. Ski maintenance space. Pet-free and non-smoking.
