This is a brand new renovation everything is new, from cookware to beds furniture and appliances. Located right in center of town, walk to 3 beaches, supermarket, bars and restaurants . This apartment complex has a bar and restaurant security, very cozy, this unit is located in the back right next to the smaller pool nice and private , has a nice sofa bed ideal for kids so can accommodate up too 4 people, i have pool or beach towels and cooler for your use, strong wifi and HD TV in both rooms.

From October 14 to November 20, 2024 the pool will be closed for maintenance. We are located in a gated residential area with 24-hour security, 5 minutes from the most beautiful and visited beach in Sosua, Playa Los Charamicos. Our home is specially prepared for our guests, with a beautiful ocean view, a beautiful swimming pool. We have capacity for up to 10 people, but after the guest 6 an extra fee is paid. Pool and common areas are until 10pm
