Beautiful old house of the XVIII century with garden, faithfully restored, located in a beautiful and quiet village, comfortable to nature hikes on Lake Garda, just 10 minutes by car, and cultural trips in the nearby cities such as, Verona 29 km, Mantua 38 km , Trento at 72 km, Bolzano at 120 km, Venice at 140 km, Milan at 153 km. The house is located in a convenient position to reach the Verona Fair. A bicycle storage is also available. From 1 November to 31 May heating costs are not included.

Spacious and family-friendly holiday home on two floors with fantastic views of Lake Garda (garden, terrace, balcony and pool with lake view). Nice facilities, enough space for two families with children and a toddler safe pool (shared with the neighboring house). An olive grove stretches out in front of the light-filled house. Serniga as a district of Salò is an idyllic, quietly located village without transit traffic, about 1.5 km airline to the lake. Ideal for relaxation.
