The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and bamboo parquet and also has a fireplace The view through the floor-to-ceiling windows falls on the quiet residential street or the green roof. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a quarter-circle shower.

It is well maintained, comfortably and exceptionally furnished and has a living area and a bedroom on the first floor in addition to the kitchen and bathroom (see floor plan). In the attic is the 2nd bedroom and another toilet. The house is facing away from the street and quietly located. The garden borders directly on the palace park.

Located directly on the outskirts of Egestorf, your comfortably furnished 4-star vacation home is located in a park-like garden. Two adjoining apartments, each approximately 65 square meters, await you. In just a few minutes you can walk to the center of Egestorf. Each of the apartments is suitable for 2-4 vacationers and has a large, lovingly furnished living room with kitchenette and fireplace. Dogs are allowed on request for an extra charge of 5 euros/day.

If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

Our house offers complete comfort on 2 floors, consisting of 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and an open plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area for up to 8 people. This Swedish style house has a private garden with lounge furniture and an outdoor sauna which is only available for the residents.
