Rich house with lovely views to the sea. Great walking path along the sea/beaches Walk distance to shop and bus to Stavanger city center which runs about every 8 minutes and takes about 10 minutes 2nd floor carport, entrance with wardrobe, toilet, large all room/kitchen. Balcony. 3 floors. Large airy living room, high ceiling 2 bedrooms one double bed, one with single bed. Bathroom with bathtub and shower. Balcony with lovely view to the sea Lower level: bathroom and laundry room, 1 bedroom and TV living/bedroom space for outdoor furniture

Handsome 4th floor apartment with view and terrace

Nice and peaceful accommodation in a central location. Short distance to Stavanger city centre, Stavanger Forum ( ONS 2024) shopping center, UiS, hiking areas, sights. Good bus connections with bus stops right outside the front door. Local grocery store right next to the accommodation. Mosvannet, Stokkavannet and Sverd in mountains by Hafrsfjord are worth a visit. Everything is within walking distance of the accommodation. Picnic to the beach in Hafsfjord or Ullandhaugtårnet overlooking Stavanger and its surroundings is recommended.

Beautiful residence, close to great beaches good for surfing

Centrally located in the middle of a rural setting is this great big house. Gives you a break from stress and city life, but is also very central, only 10 minutes from some of the best surfing beaches in Northern Europe. The house is located a few hundred meters from one of Norways best rivers for fishing wild salmon, Figgjo river. Within 30 minutes can get to urban places like Sandnes, Bryne and Stavanger. Månafossen and Pulpit Rock are only 1h. The house is suitable for everyone, but especially for families with children!

Detached house with a high standard. Walking distance to Sola beach ( 7 min), Sola golf club is located and beer mountain frisbee golf. The property has about 400 km2 garden, trampoline ( in season) and proximity to forest and hiking areas. Sola center takes about 8 min by car. about 15 min to Stavanger. Possibility for EV charging in garage. Guests have access to 2 bedrooms that will be prepared with bed linen included in the price. Baby cot is provided for needs. Large patio surfaces upstairs and downstairs.

Beautiful home in Stavanger

The house has a newly renovated, stylish bathroom with heating cables in the floor. Cozy house with a personal touch. The house has a large, sunny, flowery garden with berry bushes, two terraces and a playhouse. Lots of parking space. Fire place. Outdoor garden house= extra living room. Good barbecue possibilities. The house is located near the fjord, the sea and lovely hiking areas. There are beautiful beaches in the immediate area, only approx. 5-10 minutes walking distance from the house.

Welcome to Joa! Here you live centrally between Stavanger, Forus, Sandnes and Sola. Short trips to most things: -4 min walk to grocery store -8min drive to Sola airport -5 min walk to bus stop (towards Stavanger city centre <-> Sola airport) - Short drive to the unique iron beaches and everything they have to offer Relax in the bathtub, cook a nice meal in the fully equipped kitchen, or enjoy the cozy mini garden outside in this quiet and family friendly area. Spacious house with amazing view

Take a walk/bike to the beaches or around the lake, enjoy the amazing sunsets from the terrace. Go for a swim or go crab hunting with the kids right outside of the garden, or explore Stavanger city and the attractions in the area. We love our home and hope you will too; light and spacious livingrooms and kitchen, laundry room and a gym. Fully equipped with toys, trampoline, kayak, bikes/scooters for the kids, a large terrace with bbq and herbs. Brilliant fishing opportunities.

Central to Madla in Stavanger

Peaceful place in a central location. The apartment is located close to Amfi shopping centre, good bus connections and almost midway between lake and beach. Good hiking areas. There is a playground nearby. There are some toys in the apartment for children over 3 years old. Answers to questions from people that want to rent: Rents out with soap, toilet paper, bed linen, towels and more. Hot water is included and there is heat in the apartment.

Completely newly renovated apartment in 2022, with parking

We have free street parking. If you dont have a car there is one bus stop 5 minutes away from the apartment, it takes 8 minutes to the city center. It is also a nice walk that takes 30-40 min. Do you enjoy walking we are right next to Stokkavannet. If you want to go to Preikestolen, the busstop is 15 minutes from our house to walk. To get from the airport to the apartment, you can take Flybussen, which stops 15 minutes walk from here.
