A New England inspired seaside house built in 2020 located with a large deck in a brilliant south facing position. Offering the best of Swedish nature and sea only 50 minutes from Stockholm C. Between the trees the sea sparkles and it takes only a few minutes to walk down to the water where you will find sandy beach with swimming jetty, playground, swings and barbecue area. You will find the hot jacuzzi in the large terrace for those a little colder days or those who fear the sea's cool. It takes about 5 minutes into Trosa city center by car.

Cozy cottage with lake views in cottage area. Enjoy the fireplace in front of one of the fireplaces, either in the living room or on the large deck. From the plot and the detached wood-fired sauna you have about 100 meters down to the lake and swimming area. Additional swimming area a few minutes walk along the water. Firewood is included. Storstugan sleeps four, the guesthouse four beds and the small cottage two beds. In the large cottage there is a bathroom with a toilet, a shower and a washing machine. In the guest house there is a toilet.

In addition, there is a lovely jacuzzi that you can relax in and enjoy. From the guest house and hot tub you can look out over Sundsörsviken, Mälaren. Here it is close to nature and swimming no matter the season. Child-friendly beach in the lake is walking distance. It is nice walking paths directly from the farm.

A unique mountain house & spa with a stunning view

This fantastic mountain spa in the middle of the nature with a stunning view is the perfect place for long dinners and just hanging out with loved ones. The mountain top sauna and hot tub gives inspiration to relaxing talks. With separate bedroom houses you can have your own nest while the common areas are big enough for a large group of people. A guesthouse, with one room and a bathroom, renovated 2017 located on our farm. There is 3 beds, but the bedsofa is made for 2, and then we have 2 single beds. The guesthouse has a little, nice outdoor deck were you can BBQ or just relax with privacy! You will have close access to nature and the lake Hjälmaren. Small supermarket is just 800 meter away. Bikes to borrow if you need. Free fishing in the lake Hjälmaren.
