Fully renovated August 2020 with plenty of room both inside and out offering the perfect accommodation for the larger family and a private enclosed south west facing garden, ideal for catching the afternoon sun and relaxing over a BBQ. Very homely flat 100m from a nice sandy beach

Borth is a quiet location, With a sandy beach - and lots of amenities in the village With pubs cafes And a 2 minute walk to train station. We have a lovely cinema with a wonderful restaurant, Good surfing with surfing lessons available and Kayak hire at Borth beach - Ynyslas 1.5 miles away has drive on beach with sand dunes Also coastal /River walks There is also a golf course a short walkaway.
