Is a two-floor house ( first floor , kitchen and living room ) , ( second floor , 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed , 1 with a single bed and working area, 1 bathroom ), upper floor ( 3d floor ) large terrace with wonderful views , table and chairs. Is located in a central area of the traditional village, 3 minutes walk from the old port ( 5-7 minutes from new port ), bars , restaurants, mini market, bakery etc nearby.

A ground floor apartment of a newly built house that has been specifically designed, furnished and decorated to make the most of light and space and also to improve it from a simple place to a spacious and comfortable resting lodge. Very peaceful, quiet location, no traffic. Ideal for couples, or a family with 1-2 children. If you need more rooms, it can be combined with our Enastron guest room (1 bedroom-bathroom, sleeps 2) on Airbnb that is rented separately.

Our house is in a lovely location on Skopelos Chora. The external large terrace offers wonderful views over the harbor and the traditional village. In total the house has 3 spacious bedrooms each one with double beds and one of them has a loft with two single beds. The house has 3 bathrooms. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.
