Newer delicate apartment as close to the sea as you can get! Good sun conditions, child friendly in a quiet area. On the terrace there are several good chairs, and delicious olive trees. Just enjoy the BBQ from a brand new Weber grill! The sun sets over the mountain at 9 pm lately. Then it's lovely and sitting on the terrace and enjoying the sunset I can promise Many nice activities, nice hiking trails, own beach, fishing from the jetty, trampoline, sandbox and possibility to borrow 3 SUP boards.

Fishing of trout in Myglevannet is free when you stay at this cottage. 60 minutes to Kristiansand. Idyllic cabin by the water with canoe and kayak.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Here you can get fresh eggs for breakfast before rushing 250 meters down to the jetty or swimming bay. 20 minutes from Mandal and 60 minutes from the zoo in Kristiansand.

Cottage by the sea on Flekkerøy, only 20 min. driving from Kristiansand. Sun from early afternoon to late evening. Nice swimming opportunities and a rowing boat that can be used. Beautiful nature trails nearby and a short distance to a foodstore. Free parking. Dogs not allowed.
