Awesome archipelago home!

This unique, stunning house was built in the 18th century but has been extensively renovated over the years where old charm meets new. The house is top modern with great facilities and heating systems. Well insulated. The living room with kitchen and living room measures 4 meters in ceiling height and has a fireplace and a large glass section that provides a great view towards the pool and the sea. There are several patio decks on the property for a total of 300 sqm. The surroundings are beautiful with sea, rich wildlife and a lot of forest as well as 15 minutes walking distance to the sea nook.

Entire cottage in cozy Täljö with private sauna!

Detached cottage in stunning Täljö - With private sauna! The house has a kitchen and one bedroom with two single beds. Large wooden deck with morning sun and day sun. The forest is around the corner with nice trails. There are bicycles to borrow for excursions. Charcoal grill available for comfortable barbecue evenings! 5 minutes walk to the train, and 35 minutes by train to Stockholm. (Cost of train about 3.5 Euros) TV with Chromecast. Free Wifi. It is about 10-15 minutes walk to the nearest swimming lake, and by bike it is about 7 minutes.

Unique lake plot and pool just 20 min from Stockholm C

Make new memories in this one-of-a-kind , luxurious, and family-friendly space. Our home craves a family that wants to enjoy a wonderful place all seasons with open and social spaces. Here you live with the best south facing position with sun all day , pool (summer) and jacuzzi (winter) , large lawn on the sea plot with access to jetty, trampoline, boat for fishing, kayaks, etc. Secluded but only 20 minutes from Stockholm C where you can easily get by bus just a few minutes from the house. Close to Tyresta Nature Reserve!

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Cottage with fireplace and wood-fired sauna. Lovely location a stone's throw from the water. Built in 2019 and located 45 km from Stockholm. Nice beach with bathing pier 500 meters away. Good fishing opportunities. The cottage is situated in quiet area with a nice hiking trail nearby. The nearest café and a small shop is about 3 km away. The nearest store and restaurant (with all rights) are located in Vårsta, 14 km from the cottage. Lida outdoor area is 15 km away and offers many activities.

Njut av havet precis framför huset och slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. En stor brygga med matbord, loungemöbler, grill, eldplats och en liten gräsmatta omger er. I en separat stuga 5m från detta boende finns en rymlig bastu med havsutsikt. Spa pool finns ca 50 meter från huset I sjöboden finns en säng och en bäddsoffa.
