Modern, bright, stylishly furnished 1 room apartment with bathroom and south-facing balcony, is on the 1st floor of our house. It is about 1 km away from Lake Constance. Shore promenade, shopping, cafes, and restaurants are close by. Within the village, everything is within walking distance or by bike. On foot: Train station 8 min Bakery for breakfast 10 min. Norma 5 min Natural swimming beach that invites you to swim 15 minutes. Trade fair visit by car 10 min. Bicycle rental is possible in the resort

Das helle, großzügige, sehr modern ausgestattete und stilvoll eingerichtete Apartment (ca. 95 m²) mit 2 Balkonen liegt sehr zentral direkt an der Uferpromenade von Friedrichshafen und ganz in der Nähe von Bahnhof, Restaurants, Biergärten, Bäcker, Supermärkten, Hafen und der Fußgängerzone. Man ist in ca. 1 Minute zu Fuß am Bodenseeufer und am Beach Club. Zur Messe und zum Flughafen sind es jeweils nur ca. 4 km. Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist im Preis inbegriffen. Schnelles WLAN ist vorhanden.

Central, chic and quiet apartment on the 2nd floor, 5 minutes from the city train station. There is a REWE (untilm12pm), post office and bakery. In addition to the box spring bed, there is a high quality sofa bed with a full mattress (160cm wide). There is a modern washing. The single garage with electr. Gate is in the courtyard. Two balconies invite you to have breakfast and linger. The lake with the shore park is 100m away, the ferry and ships are 400m away. Perfect location!

Entire apartment with 50sqm, consisting of living/dining room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and hallway. Just a few steps from the beautiful Lake Constance. The sunset over Lake Constance gives rise to a beautiful holiday atmosphere. The apartment is centrally located, 3 min. to the train station and also to the city, where to find shopping and restaurants. Dogs are allowed with a small fee with a small fee. For toddlers our accommodation is not suitable/equipped.
