The deck is a great to enjoy your complimentary continental breakfast or hot tub. The fully equipped kitchen also has views of the lake. During winter months, an AWD or 4WD is recommended.

Welcome to our new stylish townhouse with hot tub on private deck overlooking Engineer Mountain. Enjoy the spacious accommodations with room for everyone while enjoying the beautiful views from the large windows. We are located across the highway from the Purgatory Resort entrance. Enjoy the complimentary on demand door-to-door ski shuttle to the base area. Just a short 25 minute drive to Durango which has a charming downtown with groceries, restaurants, shops, & breweries and airport!

The Garden Home with a Private Hot Tub

The Garden Home is less than 4miles north of downtown, with a park like setting on an acre of land. The home features AC, deck, HOT TUB, BBQ grill, and fire pit, all for personal use. The main bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor and a spiral staircase leads to 2 additional bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. It's the perfect home for any season, come enjoy the garden beds in the summer or snuggle up by the fireplace in the winter. Bonus is that it's only 20min to Purgatory!

Charming. comfortable, maximalist and quiet home with hot tub! Just north of town with easy access in the beautiful Animas Valley. 3 private units under the same roof. This log cabin style house has great views, a grill and hot tub on deck, fenced in back yard, backyard chickens for fresh eggs, is walking distance to Lake Simpatico and two play grounds for children. The location is great for those wanting to enjoy Durango (20 mi) and Pagosa (50 mi) . If you are into fishing, hiking, hunting, paddle boarding, etc. there are many lakes nearby. The house is also right between Purgatory Resort (one hour north) and Wolf Creek Ski Area (one hour south).
