The property is located on the sunny side of Kenai Lake just up from the bridge. Enjoy a fire by the lake, float the upper Kenai, hike or bike. The property has a private boat launch for small boats. Minutes away from the new Cooper Landing Brewery and across the street from Wildman's for food, river shuttles, and last minute items.

Start your day off with a cup of coffee, sitting on your deck, watching the sunrise over Resurrection Bay & the Chugach Mountains. In the evenings enjoy watching the activities on the bay, including wildlife (sea lions, otters, whales, eagles, birds, etc), commercial, charter, and tour boats & the cruise ships.

Fire up the outdoor grill for a cookout, and whip up delicious meals in the convenient kitchenette. Comfortably sleep six with two queen beds and a queen sleeper sofa. Imagine cozy evenings by the fireplace (electric), mornings spent sipping coffee on the porch with that mountain vista, and adventures waiting just beyond the woods.

This 300 sq ft 5th wheel trailer is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by trees in north Seward and is only a 14 minute drive to beautiful downtown! The kitchen comes equipped with an oven and 3 burner cook top that runs off propane, a microwave/convection oven, dishwasher, and full refrigerator that has an ice maker in the freezer! Propane, water, and sewer are provided and maintained by the hosts who live in the cabin at the front of the property.

A Cottage on the Bay

A cottage on the bay is a beach front house with 3 bedrooms, each looking out over Resurrection Bay. A well supplied kitchen and living room allow you to relax while watching the ocean and mountains. The large front deck expands into a sitting area with fire pit, looking over the beach. Stoke the cedar sauna and enjoy walks to the north and south while it warms up! The whales, sea lions, seals, otters and birds make this place truly unique.

Wil's Cabin

Beautiful cabin with 3 bedrooms and large sleeping loft with 6 beds. Amazing 360 degree view at the treetops. Fish freezer, chairs, fire pits, new kitchen, car and boat parking in a quiet, serene, private area minutes from downtown Seward, amazing hiking and world class fishing. No dogs without permission, and please message me about this first. We have WiFi now. No parties, strict outside quiet hours are at 9:30.

Coffee House Cottage

Adorable cottage in the back yard of the local historic coffee house. This custom tiny home was built to take in the grand, south-facing views. Our cottage is in the perfect location in downtown Seward, but it's also privately situated in the backyard and is protected from tourist traffic. Every detail has been considered when putting together this artistic space, and we're excited to share it with you!

Locally made log cabin.

Welcome to my little cabin. Built locally in 1989 this cozy log cabin is one of the few remaining cabins originally built in the Lost Lake Subdivision. With its true cabin form it was built as a "Dry Cabin". In 2011 utilities were added. Staying here you will enjoy the comforts of the modern world but also the coziness of a rustic log cabin.
