Sweet Downtown Digs

The decor is high end, colorful, and comfortable. The apartment is well appointed, and perfectly located at the corner of Meeting and Sterling streets in the heart of downtown Morganton. Within a block is Root and Vine Restaurant (my fav), Homer's Oyster Bar, The Grind Coffee Shop, The Courthouse Square, the movie theater, Brown Mountain Bottle Works, Catawba Valley Brewery, Pat's Snack Bar, Limbertwigs Cafe (my other fav), Kin Kin sushi, multiple banks, churches, and local businesses.

Cozy ground level apartment of cottage home. Beautiful mountain and pond views. Access to private stocked fishing pond, Disc Golf course and miles of trails. 3 private bedrooms. Small functional kitchen. Cute front porch with 2 porch swings. Apartment is entered from back side of house. Driveway is in front of house, so you do have to walk to back entrance down small incline. Located about 10 minutes from downtown Boone, and 10 minutes from downtown Blowing Rock

As Cute As Can Be! Home Away From Home!

My place is in the middle of the local main attractions - we are close to Blowing Rock (35 min.), Boone (55 min.), South Mountains, (60 min.) Asheville (75 min.) - A great area for hiking and biking. You’ll love my place because of peaceful, natural, creative sensibilities throughout this newly renovated apartment - a blend of interesting and unique elements from my travels. Located in beautiful, historic downtown West Jefferson, UpTown Loft is a great place to stay and see the NC mountains without roughing it. This two bedroom two bath loft has a large master suite and two queen beds. There is a fully-equipped kitchen for those who love to cook.
