Very cozy, comfortable and well equipped house set in a small property of 4 hectares, surrounded by a well-kept garden and with a large private pool. There are houses nearby but the silence is total. Suitable for families with children or group meetings of friends who want to rest. Whoever stays once on the boat usually likes to come back.
