Nice new 12 m2 studio on the ground floor, close to the bright beaches (Serignan, Valras and Vendres ), a 10-min walk from the city center and its multiple markets . Quiet subdivision, possibility to park in front of the house. From April to October you can take advantage of a terrace to have breakfast in the sun. Equipped kitchenette, stovetop, fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Sofa bed BZ Private bathroom with toilet, shower. Towels and linens are provided . Air conditioning from June 2023

Charming renovated, quiet and very wooded villa.

This charming house is located on the edge of the village of Sérignan. The shops and market are just a 5-minute walk away. With a surface of 90 m², this house renovated in June 2019, includes a beautiful terrace of 35 m² and especially a splendid park with 1,800 m². You can have your breakfast or meals near the olive trees, the fig tree or under the tall pines. Quiet, close to the vineyards and 3 km from the beach, this villa is a haven of peace.
