Beautifully located, rustic cottage with unique hiking and outdoor opportunities just outside the door. Nature right outside the living room door, but at the same time only 35 minutes drive from Bergen city centre. Parking close to the cabin. A place to recharge your batteries and fresh mountain air. Please note that the cabin does NOT have a shower, and has a composting toilet. Water is provided, but feel free to bring your own drinking water. There is no public communication until the cabin. The nearest bus stop is Espeland 6 km to walk to the cabin.

The property has its own motorboat and kayaks that can be rented, and its also lovely hiking opportunities nearby.

An incredibly charming and simple property which boasts the ocean at the propertyfront. This peaceful location is situated a 30 minutes drive from Bergen city center, and 20 minutes by car from the airport. You can drive all the way to the property. The cabin is 100 years old, and has an old boathouse in the basement as well as an old outbuilding used for storage purposes. You will find basic fishing equipment at the property. Straight from the ocean and onto the dinnertable within minutes.

Seafront retreat - pier, boatrental & fishing camp

You will have full access to the whole downstairs apartment of 125m2 in total. 3 bedrooms and a large living room stands at your disposal. Outside you have your own private backyard with lots of outdoor games. From the pier you can fish, rent boat or swim. There is a 98l freezer box where you can store the fish you catch or any other food. Through our boat rental company, we are a lisenced fish camp. This means you can export up to 18kg of fish per fisherman with you out of Norway.

For ultimate tranquility, retreat to the gazebo at the edge of the terrace, by the sea. Just 30 minutes by car to Bergen city center.

Exclusive cabin w/ boathouse, pier and boat rent.

The cabin has an exclusive feel, and consistently high qualities all around. There is a large parking facility connected, approximately a 3-5 minute walk from the cabin. The tenant can assist with transporting luggage to and from the cabin with an ATV for a fee. The cabin is located right by the water with easy access down to the boathouse and pier. There are opportunities to rent both, a small boat, or a large boat with a captain.

Willkommen in Villa Mini am See! Wandern, fischen, baden, rudern... Mit dem Auto nach Bergen 30 Min., Bus fährt 1 km Fussweg vom Haus. Stille Lage. Ich spreche Deutsch, Englisch und Norwegisch. Welcome in my hut by the lake :-) Here you can enjoy the peace of nature, go fishing, hiking, sit on the terasse or simply read a book. Bergen is 30 min drive by car, bus availabe 1 km walk from the house. I speak English, German and Norwegian.

Redecorated house by the sea with private beach!

House by the sea with private Beach, dock and floating dock. The house was partly renovated in 2018. Two bathrooms and 3 bedrooms with doublebed in each room. The 4th bedroom is in an annex, here it is 1 doublebed and 1 floorbed. Big garden With great lounge areas, and a big lawn with opportunity for activities. It is about a 15-20 min drive from the house to Bergen City. And just a short boat trip to the famous resturant Cornelius.
