Located in beautiful Resort Community of Bristol Harbour, this premium spacious lot is across the street from Canandaigua Lake with beach and lake front access (June - September) and Roseland Waterpark right down the road. In winter it is just 15 min from Bristol Mountain. Home to the Wine and Culinary Center featuring food and wines from every winery in New York State. 4 night minimum in the summer and 2 night minimum in the off season. Please note a rental contract is provided for this stay.

Parking for 6 cars. Large carport. Central air. Large, well equipped kitchen including Keurig and cone filter coffee makers, ice maker, blender, toaster oven, dishwasher. Large shower and closet in master bath. Bathtub in second bath. Hot Tub and fire pit. High speed/wireless internet , DVD player. 3 TV's.
