Our small apartment (44 m²) in Wolgaster Altstadt is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes, and shopping are within walking distance. A free parking space for smaller cars (quite tight, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the house entrance door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking spaces in the old town. The spa train runs not far from the apartment to the island of Usedom, as well as bus connections.

Quiet old town apartment with garden and parking space

The apartment is on the ground floor of a three-family house in the original part of the old town of Volga, next to the market square. From here you can easily reach bakers, cafes, restaurants, shops, banks and doctors. Five minutes walk to the UBB stop (Usedombäder, Greifswald, Stralsund )On foot is the old port with museum ship, fishing cart, canoe station, shipyard, berths, boat rental and a boat equipment provider. Bicycle workshop, pharmacy and post office in the old town.

The apartment is excellently located and offers direct views of the water. It is equipped with one bedroom, living room with small dining and kitchen area and a shower room. Outside, there is a terrace and a barbecue area. Seedorf is located in the south-east of Rügen in the middle of a biosphere reserve and thus in a dreamlike nature. Please note the very low mobile reception and the information described under "house rules" for the submission of a local tourist tax

Sensational location: Directly on the city ponds. Central but quiet on former bastion of Sweden. Old town view. First floor apartment the newly built Remise. Large, fenced parking property together with residential building of the owner. Approx. 50 sqm apartment with living-kitchen area, bedroom, shower room and storage room. Open, white glazed roof truss and oak parquet. Water views from every room! Private parking space. Large terrace area for sunbathing or eating.

Villa Maria VM 8 with balcony and sea view

There is a flat screen, wifi and a small kitchen as well as a shower/toilet. The balcony has windows, so you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea even in bad weather. The beach promenade can be reached in 1 minute, the harbor is about 10 minutes walk. From the train station you walk about 30 minutes to us. There is a bus stop or bike rental nearby. The car park is located directly at the house. The spa tax in the high season is 1.50€/day/adult, otherwise 1.00€.

The accommodation is a small (~ 35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which can be reached via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well behaved dog up to knee height can be brought, please request before booking with indication of the breed. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goat, rabbits). The 2nd semi-detached house "Hase" can also be booked.
