The 1-room apartment (38 m² with spacious balcony) is located in a residential building built in 2017, in the Dresden Südvorstadt, in the immediate vicinity of the campus with good connections to the public. Public transport (only about 15 minutes to the city center). Shopping is 2 minutes away on foot. Free parking is available directly in front of the property. Use of two e-bikes and underground parking is possible on request. High-quality kitchen equipment, furnishings and large balcony.

Elisenstrasse - Elbe and terrace shore, 34 sqm

Beautiful 1 ZKB, 34 sqm, living room, kitchen, balcony, bathroom. Bed 1.80 m wide, couch which also sometimes goes for a child (no sofa bed). Ideal for 1 or 2 people (plus 1 child if necessary). Storage space is enough to stay even 4 weeks, the kitchen has everything you need, spacious shower, washer-dryer. Location: Gastro: 1 min, start terrace shore 1.1 km, Elbe 100 m, tram 100 m, supermarket 100 m. Apartment is on the top floor, unfortunately we do not have an elevator yet.

Unsere Oase der Ruhe haben wir erschaffen um euch einen stilvollen und gemütlichen Rückzugsort zu schaffen. Fühl dich also bitte wie zuhause. Das Apartment befindet sich Nahe der Elbe in einem Hinterhaus mit gemütlichem Außenbereich im mediterranen Stil. Die Innenstadt ist mit der Straßenbahn in 15min zu erreichen. Wer also dem Großstadt Trubel gern ein wenig entflieht und dennoch schnell im Zentrum sein möchte ist gern zum Verweilen eingeladen.

This is our little quiet 2 room apartment in the heart of the Dresden Neustadt. The apartment is located in the back house of an apartment building on the 3rd floor, it consists of a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower tray, living room with TV and sofa bed and of course a bedroom with double bed. A travel cot and chairs for toddlers is available and can be used at any time. The parking is located directly close to the apartment.

Enjoy a great stay at this centrally located place. The Neustadt train station can be reached within a few minutes by foot. You can also walk to the Elbe in just a few minutes. Also ideal for excursions by bike. Central and very well connected with ample free parking. Ideal place for families or groups who appreciate separate sleeping arrangements.

The apartment is located in the historic part of Dresden. You have a nice unobstructed view over the Alaunpark. It is modernly furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped. Numerous restaurants, bars, shops and galleries are within a 10-minute walk. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.
