Modern Family Farm

County of Sonoma Vacation Rental Permit number ZPE15-0201. Our place is centrally located to both Napa and Sonoma valleys. We are walking distance to Troika Winery, Ceja Winery, Homewood Winery, Lou's Lunchette, and Hanson's Vodka. We have a small organic farm off the beaten path. The unit is an upstairs unit above the garage and it is very private. We have some wonderful birdwatching opportunities. On our farm we see herons, egrets, quail, redtail hawks, owls, quail, and many small birds.

Complete private cottage set in a garden, mountain views from the glass door and windows . Private entrance and very quiet. Off street parking. New modern open space, awesome natural light, super cozy with a luxurious king size bed. Solar-heated pool is open June-October. We are locked in by three dead-end roads, so it's very quiet. Large deck, large pool patio, kids' play structure, and more. Horses are our neighbors and life slows down here.

The guest suite is part of a newly built Mediterranean style home. Tastefully decorated throughout. Fully appointed kitchenette. Comfortable sofa, large television with all major channels. The bedroom is inviting with a very comfortable queen size bed and a large closet. A beautifully finished bathroom features a soaking tub/shower. Private 250sq.ft. unit has a queen bed, twin pullout, bath with deep tub for 2, kitchenette, and access to a private hot tub.
