This is a beautiful and modernly furnished apartment in a prime location. In terms of amenities, there is everything your heart desires. It is located directly opposite the EGA and a 5-minute walk from the Erfurt exhibition hall. The S-Bahn stop is in the immediate vicinity and Erfurt's old town can be reached in just 10 minutes. So you can leave the car relaxed. The apartment is very quiet and perfect for a lot of relaxation after an active day.

The apartment is quietly located on the outskirts of Schmalkalden, it is the starting point for hiking and cycling trips or for exploring the old town. In a park-like garden with rushing the unstrut. About 10 meters from the yurt, there is the economic part. Modern bathroom (toilet, shower and sink), modern kitchen with dining table. There's nothing missing.
