Enjoy the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located apartment. The apartment offers everything you need for a stay in Erfurt. 5min walk to Cathedral Square, 1 min in the beautiful park "Little Venice". Located to the beautiful garden, the bedroom invites you to be woken up with birdsong. In the large table in the living room, itserves as a dining or working area thanks to the window space. In the garden, a small river and a homemade Hollywood swing are flowing.

Best location/10 min to the center/terrace & parking space

This is a very nice and modernly furnished apartment in a prime location. It is located directly opposite the EGA and a 5-minute walk from the Erfurt exhibition hall. The S-Bahn (suburban train) stop is in the immediate vicinity and Erfurt's old town can be reached in just 7 minutes. So you can leave the car relaxed. The apartment is very quiet with views of the countryside and perfect for lots of relaxation after an active day.
