There is a terrace at fishing and swimming water with great sunsets. The house caters for 4 people. There is a well equipped kitchen and smart TV with Netflix. This centrally located house is trendyly furnished and offers all the convenience and comfort for a nice holiday near the sea. The house is 120m2 and has a lovely south facing front garden, in short, sun all day! Located in a friendly neighborhood, ideal for families and larger groups. From the house you can walk to the beach (500 m) in 5 min. It is not allowed to smoke and /or use drugs in the house or in the garden.
