Family-friendly apartment with south-facing terrace on our Sonnenpferde Hof

The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 square meters) is located on our sun horse farm in a secluded location in the Lippish mountains. It consists of kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 x 2m and children's travel bed) living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 sleeping places and a baby bed available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visitor dogs are welcome. Horseback riding lessons for children possible.

TV nur über kostenlose online Mediathek oder eigene Accounts (Netflix/Amazon/etc).

Beautiful, idyllic apartment with large balcony

This beautiful and newly renovated apartment is located in a small idyllic farming village. It has a big balcony overlooking the garden and the horses. The apartment is bright and modern. The Steinhuder Meer, as well as the Deister are quick to reach. Within five minutes, you are at the train station "Haste", from which every half hour trains to Hanover, as well as towards Minden. The apartment is unfortunately not suitable for cat allergy sufferers, as a cat used to live in it.

Hello everyone and welcome to our place! Rural and yet centrally located, we offer you a beautiful apartment on the 1st floor in the district of Neesen. We have very good parking and your pets are also welcome after consultation. Shopping facilities are within walking distance and you can plan great excursions in our beautiful mill circle. The property is an ideal starting point for cycling tours in the Weserbergland and has very good connections to the A2 and A30 motorways.

The approx. 95 sqm, beautifully bright condo is newly renovated and is waiting to receive nice guests:) In the garden there is plenty of space to relax, have breakfast, play with the children or nice barbecue evenings. Many leisure activities nearby, for children the Rastiland, the Wisent enclosure. The Harz, the Steinhuder Meer and the Weser Uplands are quick and easy to reach. Die Ferienwohnung ist für Radfahrer, Naturliebhaber, Wandersleute und Monteure sehr günstig gelegen. Hannover ist über die A2 innerhalb von 45 min erreichbar.
