New independent studio. ChateauxLoire

A Savonnières, located in the Loire Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage site. In the heart of the Loire Castle region, in a charming village. The accommodation is new, located in an outbuilding of our house. Equipped kitchen (hotplates, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine... and washing machine), sofa bed for two people, a third bed for one child can be added, TV, bathroom with shower. The studio is decorated like our house, i.e. a mixture of industrial, salvage with some original touches. Our visitors can enjoy the garden, its living room, the barbecue, our bikes and also our chats (restaurants, visits, wines...). We will be happy to help you have a pleasant stay in the Loire region. Our house is not served by public transportation. Also, it is rather suitable for cyclists or travellers. Here are some things to do nearby : discover the Loire by bike, visit the Chateaux de Villandry, Azay le Rideau.... Local shops in the village.

This turreted hideaway forms the East Tower of a 15th century château - featured in a number of UK homes & interiors magazines. The tower is completely self-contained and its pretty, covered balcony offers breathtaking views over the château's truffle orchard. Internally it is full of character with a circular, beamed bedroom and roll top bath on the top floor and a sitting room below. There is no formal kitchen so this is a place for foodies wanting to experience local French food by eating out

Located in the heart of Touraine, its vineyards and the richness of its cultural and historical heritage, you will find this cottage leaning against a small stable and offering a beautiful overview of a wooded park. You will appreciate the calm of the place and enjoy the comfort of your accommodation. Refurbished apartment in September 2018, in an exceptional Second Empire building, and in a large park. Garden tables and chairs available. This building includes two cottages, each with independent entrance, located on the first floor of the north and south wings. (See ratings on the other listing, a little older) The location is close to Tours, but in the countryside, ideal for visiting the castles, 3 minutes from the Golf de Touraine. The apartment is quiet and clear.

PLEASE NOTE, check-in is only possible from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. because I don't live there. Come and discover an unusual home of 40 m² facing south, carved into the rock, which ensures it a cool temperature in summer and hot in winter. It consists of a large living room with kitchen part, bedroom, storage space and bathroom. Its location is ideal for discovering the Loire Valley and its castles. Located 5 km from A 85 and 10 km from Villandry.
