Childfriendly house close to sea and city center

There are two options to get into the city center. 1. 10-15min walk to bus stop "Beryllgatan". From here you take bus 50 Brunnsgatan. The bus takes 14 min to city center of Gothenburg. 2. 5min walk to bus stop "Melongatan". From here you take bus 90 Frölunda Torg. This bus takes about 8 min. From Frölunda Torg there are several diffrent options depending where you are heading. Bus takes about 20 min in to city center of Gothenburg. There is also trams to take in to city center. Takes about the same time depending where you wana go in town. Frölunda Torg is a major hub for buses and trams.

Upper floor: 3 bedrooms, balcony, bathroom with bathtub. Note: Bedroom 4 is not a private room, only mattresses! There are two extra mattresses+ an air mattress you can put on floors if desired. Cozy townhouse in scenic Utby a stone's throw from Kviberg's vast sports area. From the house it is a 10-minute walk to the swimming area with jetty and jumping tower. With bus it takes 17 minutes into central Gothenburg (Central Station). It takes 20 minutes to Heden by bus which is walking distance from Liseberg. The house is spacious and has three floors. It has a newly renovated bathroom, fresh kitchen, open living room, and three bedroom. Leafy plot with two patios, trampoline and charcoal grill.

Will have easy access to everything from this centrally located accommodation, but still close to nature by the meadow farms, botanicals and Slottskogen. In the first floor, there is a fully equipped open plan kitchen to the living room with exit to the garden. There is also a TV room and a toilet. On the second floor there is a bathroom with 1 large shower and a separate toilet. 2 large bedrooms, both with double beds and exit to balcony. Behind the house is a lush garden with seating.

Central house with garden close to nature and city

Our house i situated in a nice and calm area. The house have a modern kitchen, three large bedrooms and a big living room. A spa with sauna, one bathroom o with bathtub and toilet. One toilet on the first floor. Sunny terrace and a balcony. 5 min walk to the tram from the house. It is 5 min with tram to Liseberg and 10 min to center. There is a pathway through the woods that takes you to Delsjön in 20 min. 5 min from the house you find a small grocery store and restaurants.

Spacious house 15 minutes from Gothenburg.

This spacious three-story house located just outside Gothenburg is close to both forest and lakes. On the front patio, you enjoy coffee in the morning sun, on the back patio you have evening sun. Here you are welcome to borrow the grill if you like. This is a perfect accommodation for those who want proximity to Gothenburg, but still be able to enjoy peace and quiet. Motivation rounds can be found in the forest next door and also proximity to swimming and shopping.

Semi-detached house about 10 min from Gbg city. Several patios with plenty of room for lovely barbecue evenings. On the balcony find a Weber gas grill. On the front patio there is a large lounge group. A garage driveway with room for 2 cars. In the area there is an Ica shop, a bakery, 3 pizzerias and a sushi bar. It is 5 min walk to the bus stop that takes you into the city center in about 10 min. We have a code lock that allows for self check-in if desired!

Övervåning med 3 sovrum & badrum. Altan och liten gräsmatta. Närmsta busshållplats (buss 17) ca 5 min promenadavstånd. Därifrån ca 20 min resväg in till Göteborg Central. Parkeringsplats som tillhör huset finns, bil till city tar ca 15 minuter. OBS - lakan/handdukar ingår ej i detta boende.

I rent out my house in Landvetter, which is 130 sqm spread over two floors. In Landvetter Centrum you will find grocery store, bakery, flower shop, culture house, pharmacy, health center and restaurants. Nearby there are also Landehof with running loops and well-known cross country trails. Travel center takes you to most destinations, Red Express takes 16 minutes to the city. It is also close to Landvetter airport. Only 20 mins to Gothenburg C by car.

Spacious townhouse for the big family with many beds in Sävedalen next to nature reserves with swimming lakes, hiking trails - and at the same time close to central Gothenburg, reached by bus or bike in 20 minutes. Cozy terrace in the garden with seating at table and sofa group with sun all day. 5 min walk to swimming lake. The house is calm in car-free townhouse area with close connection to the playground.
