2 story town home on Amelia Island, FL is just a quick 1.5 block walk to the beach. The pool and tennis courts are just steps away from the front door. Master with King-sized bed and Queen bed in second bedroom. Both bedrooms are upstairs, which is great for people who want to go to bed before other guests. There's a nice large deck to relax & listen to the water fountain in the adjacent pond. The condo is furnished with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, linens, chairs, cooler, pool toys, etc.

Bright & airy 2 bedroom corner unit. It is clean and beautiful & offers all the comforts of home. Living room opens up onto a 20 ft balcony which offers extended views of Fernandina Beach & is the best spot to watch the sunset over the ocean & dolphins playing in the waves. Master bedroom is ocean side & has a king bed. The kitchen is fully furnished allowing for meals at home. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas included. Only a 3 minute walk to the beach at 3rd or 5th street public access points.
