You see the green space of the condominium and guess a park on the left: nature close to the city center . You can stroll, rest, or run by the river. A very quiet area 5 minutes' walk from the train station and tram, 15 minutes' walk from the city center, essential shops 2 minutes' walk away. You can access the 24h circuit by tram: stop Stade Marie Marvingt (30mn)or by walk (5kms). When you leave the train station on the south side, head to the church of Saint Bertrand.
