The centre of the city is only 15 minutes away on foot or a 3-5 minute car ride. We , as hosts, can provide you with traditional homemade meals if you wish.The outside is gorgeous , surrounded by green gardens . Suitable for 2-8 people. My place is perfect for couples and families with kids (including infants).

The apartment offers a spacious dining area with direct access to one of the three balconies that overlook the beautiful Ionian sea from which you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets in Saranda. In addition, there are two large bedrooms, three bathrooms, one of which with state of the art Sauna, a fully equipped kitchen and comfort everywhere.

Entire Private House For Rent Ksamil

The second floor of the house is all for rent. The entrance has a wide space. It is also located in an area less than 5 minutes from the first center. The nearest beach is less than 10 minutes on foot! In the house you have all the necessary things such as: air conditioners, wifi, kitchen, 3 TVs, 2 bathrooms, 3 balconies, sun tents, you are also offered breakfast from us and cleaning once every 3 days. Up to 10 people can stay in the house, also the house is in a quiet place.

The apartament is very cozy and relaxing place with mountain and garden view that makes your stay more enjoyable. it's a suitable place for tourists and guests as it has almost all the necessary facilities and amenties that makes more easier for them to stay and enjoy the summer vacations. The beach is 100 meters away by the feet. The city center is 10 to 15 minutes away by feet. There are many coffee shops, restaurants , supermarkets around the area.
