Great location! Close to the sea (350m) and other wonderful beaches. At the corner of the street there are: supermarket, bakery, magazine stand, ice cream shop, lan house, pizzeria, shops, beauty salon, snack bar, laundry. No parking space on the patio! Small house c/ 40m2, kitchen with microwave and duplex refrigerator, 1 qto couple c/bwc and fan + 1 qto couple w/fan + 1 double mattress in the living room with TV and air cond., toilet area with washing machine and tank + street and floor clothes, wi fi.
