Beautiful boater’s paradise featuring a new pool!

Renovated pool and lanai and interior! This 3 bed/4 bath home is on the nicest canal in Cape Coral with gorgeous views. The pool, tiki hut and docks have full sun all day. Each bedroom has a private bath & there's a 2 pc powder room off the laundry. The primary has a king bed & walkout to pool. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed & ensuite pool access. Bedroom 3 has a queen & private bath. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. And a games room! Enjoy the stunning sunsets on the water!

This 2,000-square foot stunner has a saltwater pool, hot tub, two-car garage, three bedrooms and four bathrooms. There are bikes and beach accessories on site to take to the beach. Guest who is booking the reservation must be 26 years or older. There is a fee of $100/night per person for any guest over 7 in total up to a maximum of 9 guests. For example, if you have 8 guests, then the extra charge will be $100 per night. Please enter the exact number of guests before completing your booking.

My condo is close to the beach, nightlife, public transport, and family-friendly activities. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It's minutes from Ft. Myers and Sanibel Beach. It has a King size bed in the master bedroom and two twin murphy beds in the guest room. Walking distance from a Super Target and trolley. Several outlet malls, closest is 2 miles. FYI, not handicap accessible (second floor unit). A few steps to the pool and grill.
