Perfectly situated , 2km from Sancerre and 1 km fron Chavignol, an old house entirely renovated for 6 persons. Huge garden of more than 1200 m2 with a lot of fruit trees. Quiet of the countryside in the heart of a village and at the feet of vines. Garden furniture and barbecue. Huge kitchen with dining area upstairs. Master bedrrom with bathroom and office corner, second double room, and children room with two singles (2x 90 cm/ bedroom to go through to reach one of the double room).

Need a couple of parentheses? Head for Burgundy, 1h30 from Paris. Our cabin with private spa will allow you to recharge your batteries in the countryside.
