90 m2 accommodation with 2 bedrooms (a double bed, a 2 single beds including a drawer) and an alcove single bed in the hallway,a bathroom with Italian shower, large air-conditioned veranda and large garden. Linen provided. Unpaid parking 5 minutes' walk away. Exceptional location on the port , 100 m from the city center and 15 minutes' walk to the beach. Haven of peace although on the harbor with sea views and in the center. Pleasant and shady garden. Barbecue, table and outdoor garden furniture.

L'appartement et sa grande terrasse surplombe la mer Méditerranée. Il est idéal pour un couple ou une famille de 4 personnes. Proche du centre ville vous pourrez passer vos vacances au calme les pieds dans l'eau, avec un accès privé à la mer. Durant la haute saison, nous louons notre appartement à la semaine du dimanche au dimanche. Malheureusement, nous ne sommes pas en mesure de proposer des exceptions. The building is quiet and located by the sea. You can swim in the rocks located at the foot of the building and are a few minutes walk from the port, the market and the beaches. Non-nominative parking spaces are reserved for residents at the foot of the building. It may happen that there is no space. In this case, you can unload the car at the foot of the building and park in the area near the footbridge at the top or in town.

Beautiful T2 (plus an independent attic room) completely renovated in 2018 in a beautiful 19th century mansion, quietly located in a small cul-de-sac in the residential area of Portissol. The Old Town, Harbor, and beaches are just 5 min walk. The apartment includes a large bedroom, a living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. It is possible to rent the attic room upstairs for 2 additional people (children).
