Spend fantastic holidays on the sea, in a spacious and equipped one-bedroom apartment with a balcony from where you can see the sea that accompanies the entire two-room apartment on which you can access from each room. The sea, very close, you can fully experience it and spend your days here thanks to the beach service that includes: an umbrella, lounger and lounge chairs. Everything is included in the rate of the stay. We also have the reserved parking space inside the condominium.

Villa among the olive trees.

Apartment with double bedroom, living room, sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom, balcony overlooking Maiella and over the valley , Adriatic sea view. The premises are located on the ground floor of a portion of a villa surrounded by olive trees on the hill of Città Sant'Angelo , one of the most beautiful villages in Italy about 10 km from the A14 exit of Pescara Nord. The other dwelling unit of the villa is occupied by the owner. Ideal for a relaxing stay between beaches and mountains.

Pescara center, in via Firenze 155, in a very central position, close to the pedestrian island and a few steps from the sea we propose on the third floor of a small restored building with elevator an elegant apartment of 90 square meters. The house has been completely renovated and consists of entrance, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and two balconies. Each room is finely furnished and is equipped with air conditioning and maxi tv. Present wi-fi line for fast connections.

Beautifully furnished apartment in the sea front row, with parquet floor, composed of living room with sofa bed, kitchenette with dishwasher, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom with shower and washing machine, two terraces with sea view (one with washbasin). All rooms are air-conditioned. Concierge service and unassigned condominium parking, accessible with remote control (inside the condominium fence you can park, if free spaces are available).

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
