Everything you need in one stay. Pool + hot tub available, full kitchen and sleeps up to 6. Could sleep 7 if they would like to sleep on the pull out couch. This was our first home and we put a lot of love into making it your perfect stay. Additional $100/ night if wanting to heat the pool, heating the hot tub is complimentary

Enjoy the trendiness and fun of Riverside!! Located in the best area of the city - a quiet area but just minutes from Jacksonville's best restaurants, bars, shops, and nightlife. Unit recently renovated, 2 bedrooms, queen beds and TV in each one + sofa bed if needed. The apartment can accommodate 4 people and includes 1.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, living room, spacious dining room and a pleasantly furnished porch where you can relax having a cup of coffee. River Bluff Cottage is perfect for two to three people. 800 square foot studio style cottage with a spiral staircase up to an open loft. It’s Convenient and Close to the St. John's River Boat Launch, to downtown and a short 20 minute drive to the Beach!! There are no pets, parties, or smoking of any kind allowed on or in the property and no parties are allowed. Please note: Another home is located on this property for Air BNB rental but it is far enough away that guests have their privacy.

Studio guest suite with queen bed and kitchenette in beautiful Miramar neighborhood, just 5 minutes from historic San Marco. Close to restaurants, grocery, MD Anderson Cancer Center and Wolfson Children's Hospital. Owners live in main house on site but suite has its own private entrance and parking. You will have access to an outdoor dining space and fenced in backyard. Dogs live on premises but will not interfere, although you may hear barking. Sofa bed available if needed, please inquire.

Cozy King Street Suite Upstairs

Cozy suite with a queen bed and a private bath along with a private den with a futon, TV, and desk. Please note that there is no kitchen. Only a microwave and mini fridge. The suite has a private entrance. The house is located very close to great nightlife in the Riverside historic area. There are also several museums close by, and the stadium and concert venues are very close as well! There are great food options ranging from hole in the wall to some of the finest dining spots in the city.

This two story loft garage is detached and is set in the back of the property 45 feet from the main house. The first floor has the kitchen and living space, then walk up the spiral staircase to the bedroom with cathedral ceiling with track lights and ensuite bathroom. I love dogs and allow them with permission first. No pets without prior approval (pet fee is min $50 per stay or $10 per day which ever is greater) My location is a short walk to Starbucks and other restaurants.
