Our historic church-to-home conversion features a private entrance to a downstairs guest apartment including two spacious bedrooms, office space ( desk and apple computer), luxury bath, mini refrigerator, coffee machine, cook top, countertop oven and microwave (kitchenette ), laundry facilities. My place is one mile from historic downtown San Luis Obispo and the airport, also just minutes drive to wine country, Cal Poly (3 miles), and the beach. This is a very cute studio near cal poly/ downtown San Luis Obispo. The unit is VERY small but comfortable and cozy. It is the back unit of a main house so it is preferred that guests are respectful. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, and tv (no microwave and only a small fridge).The bed is lofted and very comfortable. We do our absolute best to try and accommodate the needs of guests while they are staying in the bungalow. We advertise exactly what the unit is.
