Newly remodeled beach condo!

Amazing newly remodeled condo with ocean front views to die for. Top of the line everything for the rich and famous! Master bedroom has a king size bed plus a single lay back couch. Living room has a couch with a queen size pullout bed. Balcony has a peaceful hammock. The building has many amenities to offer, including an infinity pool, small gym and direct access to the beach. Condo comes with one secured and covered parking space. Located within a 3 minute walk to the great Mall del Pacifico.

Well equiped apartment with great views of the Ocean and pool areas. Close from Plaza La Cuadra, an area with restaurants and market in the newest area of Manta. 5 minutes from Mall del Pacifico and Playa Murcielago by car. From the building one can walk in the beach. The apartment has a spacious, very comfortable and privileged view. It has all the services and amenities to enjoy a great stay, whether for work or pleasure. It is located on the seafront, in one of the best and most modern areas of the city. very safe and quiet.
