It has two double bedrooms upstairs plus a sofa bed in the living room along with two bathrooms. The front garden has a chill-out area and the back garden looks out over Red Mountain and the sea. There are two pools and a tennis court. There is also a park across the road, shopping centre, supermarket, bars and restaurants and a beach bar at the end of the road.

This licensed and cozy apartment is run by a local family. It has an urban feeling and located in a residential area of San Isidro. The location is centric and convenient. The south airport is only 5 minutes by bus and then 5 minutes walking. Many supermarkets, shops and restaurants are walking distance. El Medano beach is just 5 minutes by car/bus. Enjoy and relax with garage parking, elevator, air conditioning and more. Enjoy Casa Lina where the mornings are slow and the evenings are still.

The penthouse is on the 3rd floor of the family home, it is very comfortable and intimate, the rooms are spacious,clean and bright.They can enjoy a private outdoor terrace of about 70 mts. it is new and its decoration is countryside; it has ceramic,washer,refrigerator, microwave,blender,iron, hair dryer,fan, clothes dryer, wifi, umbrella and parasol for the beach and PARABOLIC ANTENNA.IT has a lot of natural light in addition to good ventilation in all the estancias.Free parking spaces.

Ich bin eine uralte Finca Rustica im neuen Kleid und wohne auf 550 Metern über dem Meer in Icod de los Vinos im grünen Norden der Insel. Hinter mir sehe ich den majestätischen Vulkan Teide, vor mir liegt der weite Atlantik. Hier zu leben muss man erfahren. My nice and familiar apartment is equipped to enjoy a great vacation. From the terrace you can see spectacular sunrises over the sea, eat in delicious restaurants nearby or have a drink, practice water sports or just lie on the sand.
