Enjoy a haven of peace in this charming accommodation: newly renovated, with a rustic and accessible style, just a few meters from the center of Tomelloso. This charming little garden house consists of two bright bedrooms with extra large and very comfortable beds. A living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, an automatic pellet stove, air conditioning and TV in all bedrooms and living room. The whole house, garden and bathroom are totally accessible. Lovely cottage (eco-friendly) recently renovated by a prestigious interior designer and located in a privileged enclave. The house is located in the middle of a pine grove which is surrounded by vineyards, making the place a perfect environment to rest and disconnect. In addition, the property is located less than 6km from the city centre of San Clemente, so you can have all the services (supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, health centre...) just a 5-minute drive.

Ancient room where you can connect with tradition

La Regidora is an old quinteria or cottage, located on the Quixote route, between Alcázar de San Juan and Argamasilla de Alba. The house is a renovated old house from the early SXX, on a single floor that maintains the flavor of the original construction. It has 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and large common areas. It's in a 6,000m enclosure. Outside it has a large manchego patio with barbecue and a nice wooded garden with a pool. An ideal place to relax.

Nice village house with indoor fireplace
