Zell am Moos am Irrsee , apartment available all year round, 62 sqm, 4-max 6 people, 15 min. to 3 seaside resorts. Salzburg 30 km. In the village 10 - 15 minutes walk you will find inns, supermarket, playground, coffee house with bakery, butcher, trafik +magazine store, bank, ATM, post partner, craft shop, felt, ceramics, a local museum. Stay at least 4 nights, long-term rental possible. Additional costs in cash on site : statutory tourism tax €2.40 per person (over 15 years old) and night.

Quiet wooden villa with indoor pool

Forget your worries at this spacious and quiet place. The heart of this old-furnished building is probably the cozy living room with tiled stove and kitchen in winter, and plenty of wood is of course provided. From May to October, the heated indoor pool in the tropical conservatory delights. The hardly busy side street also offers additional tranquility. In general, the location is perfect, whether in the city of Salzburg, for the ski tour in Gaißau or for swimming in Lake Fuschl.

The house can comfortably accommodate 6-8 people and is about 500 meters from the village center. One of the few public swimming beaches of Lake Attersee is accessible by foot. Mountain villa with lake view - Mondsee

Luxurious recreational home with fantastic panoramic views of the lake & mountains. Absolute secluded location. In winter, the last about 300 meters must be mastered on foot. No driveway possible in winter by car. Climbing is rewarded with absolute tranquility. The parking is video-monitored for safety reasons. A welcome guide is also available on the mountain villa's website. Just google it.
