A lovely thatched two bedroom cottage in a tranquil one and a half acre garden in Salt Rock. Beautifully furnished with a modern fully equipped kitchen. SMEG oven, washer/tumble dryer, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Walk out the sitting room onto a lovely patio which is situated on the steps of a large pool. Only 2kms to the beach and very close to Sage, Litchi Orchard and Tiffany's Shopping Centre and the new Salt Rock City. Children love running around the large garden and of course the pool.

Spacious Cottage on secluded, child-friendly beach

Poynton's Cottage is a beachfront property set in a large, private garden. The cottage has a protected patio where you can sit and enjoy uninterrupted views of the sea, and watch bottlenose dolphins surfing the waves. Spend your days swimming, fishing, snorkeling or picking mussels from the nearby rocks. This is one of the few quiet beaches left on the KZN North Coast and with its wonderful rock pools it is ideal for small children. For rainy days, Ballito and Umhlanga are just 10 minutes away.

A real home from home experience, with own entrance, security not a concern with private parking behind automated gates and garden beams. A large room divided into a bedroom and lounge area with all the homely trimmings making your stay unforgettable. You don't have to venture more than 2 minute walk for a selection of shops, great resturants, takeaways, banks, chemist. Perfect for families, world schoolers Or unschoolers. Playgroup and co working space included. Best suits a couple, traveling with children or teens. Sounds of nature (birds, monkeys and bush babies) can be heard as you sit around the fire pit. Children’s toys, cot etc available or request. Next door to playground and park, nanny available on request. Absolutely not suitable for parties, events or loud festivities (no music allowed).
