Our comfortable 2 bedroom apartment has the perfect location at the edge of the old town - close enough that all the city is right on your doorstep (4 mins walk to the cathedral & city hall). It has a gorgeous terrace that catches the morning sun, wifi, central heating & a smart TV. There's no elevator but it's only half a flight of stairs (8 steps) from street level. We have a large parking space (fits even vans) available for free for guest use just a 3 minute walk from the apartment.

New apartment recently built in a very quiet area of Oviedo with all services within reach; supermarkets, gas station, pharmacies, hospital, very close to the Prerroman Monuments and just a few minutes' walk from the Fernández Vega Oftalmologico Center. A neighborhood with a lot of nature around, about 5 minutes by car from the center and about 20 walking. It is worth going for a walk, between the wide streets and the beautiful views of Mount Naranco!
