Nice apartment tastefully decorated by @whoTYLE HOME of 38m2 + 6m2 of terrace. 3rd floor with elevator not overlooked. Very quiet, bedroom and living room overlooking SEA and greenery terrace. Very close to the train station and port, a supermarket and other shops, 100m from the Thalasso, the source beach and the beautiful customs path. An ideal place to recharge your batteries in peace but close to everything! Atypical and comfortable apartment located in the very popular area of Gourmalon.

In the Nantais vineyard, our cottage accommodates a maximum of 4 people (child from 5 years old) in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Parties strictly forbidden. It is 1 studio, adjoining our house, with 2 beds in attic mezzanine and a Rapido convertible into a bed in the living room. Private terrace to the east; access to 1 part of the garden to the west. Direct access to shared pool of 12.50 m x 4m covered heated. 8am to 10pm. Preferred RESAS per week for school holidays.

The studio is new and has a private terrace in a very quiet impasse ideal to enjoy the summer evenings. It is very bright, and close to the sea (3 km), close to the salines of Millac, 15' from the safari "wild planet" and 30' from the island of Noirmoutier. Various activities are possible on site ( ping-pong, pétanque, barbecue, possibility on request of loan of equipment for shrimp fishing). The surroundings are ideal for walking and/or biking.

For people who would like to bring a child under 2 years old ( classified baby at Airbnb) there is no space for a cot so we prefer not thank you
