Plages à proximité (fouras en face de fort Boyard - les 4 îles de Charente maritimes dont la fameuse île d’Aix) - borne recharge électrique 15 €jour/voiture - certaines personnes malhonnêtes se mettent malheureusement en « recharge sauvage » et souhaitent voir leur déplacement en voiture pris en charge par l’hôte…)

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor with bathroom and separate toilet and two others upstairs with a bathroom and toilet Living room,kitchen, dining room and space to store bikes Parking in front of the house South facing garden with deckchairs , garden table. Close to the beach of Hope , absolutely quiet at the end of the cul-de-sac . Possibility to rent a weekend ,linens and cleaning not included rate 300 euros .

Les Amarres beautiful house 1.5 km from the beach

Large and beautiful house (160m²) in a residential area of Saint Denis. Very quiet, with a closed garden of 1000m². Half opened kitchen, fully equiped, a nice lounge and dining space. 1 bedroom for children with 3 simple beds, 2 bedrooms with double beds, one of them includes a private bathroom. The last bedroom has 3 twin beds with a private bathroom and can thus be accomodated differently if needed. Beds and materesses are new and very good quality.
