Vous êtes ici à 100 mètres mètres des bords de l'eau de la Rance. Espace à vivre de plus de 170m2 reparti sur 2 étages. 5 grandes chambres pour préserver à chacun un espace d'intimité, dont une suite parentale et un espace double chambre parents enfants. 2 salons, un en bas de 70m2 et un à l'étage pour des moments de détente , une cuisine moderne toute équipée , 3 salles d'eau, Un vestibule, deux selliers. Saint - Guinoux est un petit bourg calme et tres bien située pour visiter les incontournables de notre région : Saint Malo 15/20 min , Cancale 15 min, Mont Saint Michel 35 min, Dinard 20 min, Dinan 20 min.... Bref vous serez au carrefour de tous ces sites . Dans notre village vous trouverez une boulangerie ,une superette,un bar tabac epicerie ,et de tres bonnes pizzas a emportées. Il y a également un parc pour dégourdir tranquillement vos toutous . De grands supermarchés sont pas loin.

Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The gite is a totally independent studio on our property. It is accessed by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any overlooking, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and deckchairs, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open from June 28th to September 8th.

Pleasant cottage very close to Saint-Malo, the banks of the Rance, the AquaMalo aqualudic center. Close to shops and the town center, this cottage by its location in a cul-de-sac is very peaceful.
