Pleasant house near resort

This accommodation offers a pleasant stay with its amenities and grounds. On site you can enjoy a balcony as well as a 24 m2 terrace with a superb view equipped with a pergola for summer and outdoor meals. Enclosed and wooded grounds 5 minutes from Le Loran resort as well as various hiking or other activities nearby. The house has 3 bedrooms with double bed. If you are looking for calm it is the perfect house at the foot of the Mary puy in a place called heavyadou. from various hikes, GR400, mountain biking, TRAIL, cross-country skiing,snowshoeing. 15 km from the lioran ski resort (if road is clear). 15 minutes from the Gorges de la Jordanne, Lac des Graves Grocery bakery restaurant 1 km 5 from the house. Aurillac 25 km away weekend or other rental, except July and August by the week.

Refurbished 50m2 house with its fenced garden in the middle of Neuvic ideal for 4 people.
