Comfortable semi-detached house, ideally located near train station, beach and center, supermarket at about 100m, living room open to an enclosed garden with terrace (barbecue). 3 bedrooms (chbre 1 on the 1st floor with 160 bed/ chbre 2 on the 1st floor with bunk beds/ chbre under attic with spiral staircase with 140 bed), a mezzanine, a shower room. A room for bicycles, washing machine, tumble dryer. In a quiet cul-de-sac, you can enjoy the beach activities and rest!

Beautiful duplex apartment very bright and spacious with sea view 80 meters from the beach for 4 to 5 people.
