Ideally located 2 bedrooms house

This stylish and cosy newly renovated house with a large salon and two double bedrooms, with stunning south facing view over the Mont Blanc Massif, is a 5 min walk from the Brevent station. You can start your summer hikes just from your front door. It is an 11 min walk from the city center but it is advised to have a car for groceries as we live up the hill from the city. le Gaillands climbing area and lake are a 10 min walk. It is located at the entrance of the peaceful area of Moussoux.

Private parking spaces are available as well as an equipped terrace. On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with independent toilet and laundry room. Upstairs two bedrooms with double beds and two single beds, dressing room and balconies, one bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and washing machine.

Close to Geneva public transportation to downtown and highway to sky resorts. At the edge of a natural reserve, with a view on a lake and stunning Saleve mountain. Fully equipped home. The place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). The house is officially classified "Meublé de tourisme" 4 stars. The house is unfortunately not accessible to guests with handicaps. Smoking and vaping are not allowed in the house.
